Super Simple Steps to Make Fish Sauce-Fried Quail Eggs Recipe

I. Ingredients

  • 30 quail eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons  sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • Minced garlic and onion
  • 20 ml water
  • Dried pepper, broth mix, paprika (1/2 teaspoon of each)

II. Directions

Boil quail eggs in 4 to 5 minutes

After 5 minutes, take them out and let them in a bowl of fresh water.

Peel boiled eggs and wash them off

Let the eggs dry, then deep fry them. That helps make them more springy and crispy.

Deep fry the eggs until they turn golden brown, then put them on oil-absorbing papers

Mix all the other ingredients including broth mix, paprika, fish sauce, pepper, sugar, chili sauce and water, then stir the mixture evenly. Take about 4 tbsp of the mixture and add to the fried quail eggs, which makes them well-marinated. Let the eggs sit for about 5 minutes.

Fry some minced garlic and shallots with some oil in a pan until they turn golden brown. Then, pour the sauce mixture into the pan.

Then, add the quail eggs and keep them on medium heat for 5 minutes

Finally, present the quail eggs on a plate with some lettuce and enjoy it!
